On the Saturday the forecast was for heavy rain, fortunately this proved to be wrong and the weather was glorious with clear blue skies and Portland Bill being just visible across the bay.
Journeys around the circuit were quite slow due to the number of trains visiting and the single line operation through the tunnel. Having said that there wasn't a single unhappy face as the atmosphere was soaked by those visiting.
