16. William Lawrence BIRD was born on 28 Mar 1869 in Easter Sunday. He was educated Lexden and 20 Bootham, York. finished Xmas in 1884. He resided Layer Breton with grandfather for a time. early part in 1885. He was to Staines to be Bank Clerk on 22 Aug 1887. He was Cambidge daily news as articled pupil on 21 Aug 1889. He was Started in London working for "The European Trade Mail" on 18 Feb 1891. He was after marriage at Harrow on trhe Hill in 1901. He was Carleton, Harrow (moved to) in 1904. He resided Redhill, London Road, visited by EMB in 1905. He was moved to 49 St Margaret's St. Rochester in Sep 1912. He resided Ranmore, Rowley Av. Stafford about this time in 1914. He died in 1917. He was Lawrence after father's favourite cousin. He was Journal p97. He was married to Florence HOLYOAKE on 4 May 1901 in Allen St, (Chapel) Congregational Church, West Kensington.

17. Florence HOLYOAKE was born in 1872 in Leicester. She died in 1916 in 2nd October 1916 Broardwater and Worthing burial site. She was a Scholar 1881/. Children were:

ii. Marjory BIRD was born on 7 Jul 1909 in London Road, Redhill p255.. She was baptised on 10 Oct 1909 in Presbyterian Church, p256. She died on 4 Oct 1994.
