Naples, Pompei and Sorrento!
We had a long day trip from Rome to tour these places all of which will be visited again at some time in the future. Naples and Sorrento are beautiful places but Pompei is simply amazing! A whole town preserved since 79AD...
Here we see the Temple of Apollo, notice the highly detailed statue of the mighty Apollo which still survives to this day... He looks remarkably like someone else...
