Into Sondheim was formed in 1992 to perform the works of Stephen Sondheim. Membership is open to anyone with an interest and members are drawn from the local community across the ages! As a company it aims to bring together the worlds of amateur and professional talent, daring to produce and promote the work of Stephen Sondheim to as wide an audience as possible. Previous productions have included 'Into the Woods', 'Assassins' and 'Victoria's Scrapbook' (an original musical written by two of the group's founder members).
This production
of 'Sunday in the Park with George' is directed by Dianna Moylan and Mike
Simpson. Musical direction is provided by Paul Moylan - recently seen at The
Stables, Wavendon performing as part of the Mike Garrick Quartet and a regular
performer in West-End orchestras.
