Fox's Lane, part of the H25 London Orbital Bridleroute, has been successfully recorded as a byway open to all traffic, following the confirmation of the County Council's Order by the Secretary of State on 6 Jan 2012.

Thanks go to the North Mymms Riding Club for collecting some of the user evidence that backed this recording application.

 

Legal History
Definitive Map Modification Order application made 17 Feb 2003.
The Hertfordshire County Council (North Mymms 84) Modification Order 2008 added this route to the definitive map as a byway open to all traffic. Order made 28 Feb 2008, confirmed by the Secretary of State 6 Jan 2012.

Commences from Dixons Hill Road (County Road) at TL 2371 0572 then SE along Fox's lane to a junction with North Mymms BOAT 42 at TL 2388 0565 continuing E to a junction with North Mymms FP 43 at TL 2418 0571 then SE to a junction with North Mymms FP 36 at TL 2446 0541 continuing to a junction with Bulls Lane (County Road) at TL 2466 0529.
Width: Varyng width of between 6 and 48 metres as shown shaded grey on the plan forming part of the Hertfordshire County Council (North Mymms 84) Modification Order 2008.
