The units are housed in a chainlink fenced compound and they have special individual security locks. You have your own key to those locks and to the site entrance gates so, unlike standard furniture depository warehouses, access is at your convenience, anytime. Storage is in secure steel containers, 8 feet wide by 7 feet 6 high, and either 10 feet or 20 feet long. The smaller storage units can take the contents of a one bedroom flat or a bedsit, or the contents of an individual office. The larger can take the contents of a 3 or 4 bedroom house. Rental charges are payable monthly in advance. The charge for the smaller unit is £25.50 per week and the charge for the larger unit is £38.50 per week. More details can be found on the Tariff Rates page. A deposit of £100 is required, returnable at termination of hire (after deduction of any unpaid due amounts).
