PieNapper - Thanks to everyone involved in organising this race. I will definitely be coming back next year

ICRAM – Please pass on my thanks to all of the organisers and marshals that were out there yesterday. A very well organised event and the marshals were excellent throughout.

NickP – I am pleased that my deliberate test of St. John Ambulance volunteers worked perfectly (He then goes on to describe in graphic detail how he collapsed after the finish and was treated). Finally thanks to the organisers and marshal for a fantastic race. It was my first visit to Essex and I was very impressed. If I get my 5th FLM rejection in December will definitely be back next year. Thank you to Matt and Maurice and other organisers and marshals. It was my first visit to Essex and won’t be my last. I have sent an e-mail to St. John to thank them for all the help they gave me.

Cliff Stokes – I would also like to add my congratulations to all of the organisers and helpers of this terrific event. He also says he is visually challenged and would like larger mile markers.
