edge of our own twelve acre woodland. Located 2Km from the village of Marquay
and 10 Km from Sarlat in a tranquil situation but centrally placed to access
the countless attractions of the Dordogne, Limousin and Lot regions at
any time of year.
Your
own garden area has table, chairs and barbecue provided. All linen, towels,
electricity and gas inclusive.

The
cottage is fully equipped for two adults, is beamed throughout and divided
into a bedroom and shower at the lower level, with a dining/living room
and cuisine area at the higher end. The bedroom has a feature double bed
and "antique" pine furniture. The living area is comfortably furnished
and provided with an electric wood burner for early and late holidays.
Cuisine area with cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. A mezzanine
provides extra space and has a single bed.
