Walks for the 2011 season have now finished.

Arrangements for 2012 are likely to be similar to 2011 - full details will be posted in late February/early March 2012.

There will be no walks in July or August 2012.

Walks on St Mary's

A variety of routes including:

Buzza, Peninnis and Old Town

Hugh Town and the Garrison

Harry's Walls, Halangy and Bant's Carn

Porth Hellick, Giant's Castle and Old Town (starts with  a bus trip)

 

Most Tuesday mornings from 12 April to 27 September 2011, starting at 10.00am

Walks start at Holgate's Green, The Strand, Hugh Town (opposite the Catholic Church and Lyonnesse Guest House)

Walks last between 2 and 3 hours

Adults £5.00, children 10 and over £2.50

Details of the routes will be on the "Scilly Walks" board on the Quay

Off-Island Walks

Trips to:

Tresco

Bryher

St Martin's

St Agnes and Gugh

 

 

Full and half-day trips between April and September 2011 - details on the "Scilly Walks" board or ask at the Tourist Information Centre in Hugh Street

Full-day and morning trips start at 10.00am, afternoon trips start at 1.45pm

Walks start at the "Scilly Walks" board on the Quay,  St Mary's

Full day trips: adults £10.00, children 10 and over £5.00  - plus boat fare

Half-day trips: adults £5.00, children £2.50  - plus boat fare

If you are planning a visit to Scilly and would like a guided visit to a particular site or off-island, please contact me about 2 weeks before you come and I will do my best to arrange that trip while you are here.

If you would like a private tour these are available at £50 per half day/£100 per full day for groups of up to 10 and at the rates quoted above for larger groups, plus boat fares if appropriate.
