Katie's parents, Les and Dorris Fullylove, having lived in Yorkshire and Lancashire for many years, have recently (1999) moved into an appartment near Eastoke, Hayling Island, only about a mile away from us.
Katie's younger sister Jan Freedman and her family live in Yorkshire. Jan set up a company called Dial-M. As well as very entertaining murder-mystery evenings which they run all over the country, Dial M carries out, in conjunction with trainers, seminars on subjects such as selling skills, presentation skills and exceptional customer care. They use actors to perform scripted and improvised scenarios and then invite delegates to role play with the actors. She now works for the Dale Carnegie organisation.
