This was a commission from a joinery company in Alton. They needed to extend an existant staircase another two floors, There were two 180 degree turns and one 90 degree. Because of the concerns with the strength of short grain, the 180 degree pieces were made up of two 90 degree pieces cut on the slant.
The company cut the raw shape of the pieces including the correct fall and angles, but with rectangular cross sections. So I had to generate the moulding shape to join the straight rail.

Precut shapes as suplied.
