Millennium Plaque

For the Millennium, the Solent Guild of Woodcarvers and Sculptors carved and constructed a multi-part relief and presented it to the Havant Borough Council

The plaque consisted of a central relief map of the Borough, surmounted by the Arms of the Borough, and surrounded by individual reliefs representing each area of the Borough.

I carved one of the reliefs representing Hayling Island, a windsurfer and beach huts. The wood is Tilia (Lime).
