The above prices are per week for two people. However we
now have a sofa bed in the lounge and can accommodate up to four people, for
which we will charge an extra £30 on top of the prices shown above.
We would normally expect
bookings to be Saturday to Saturday but may consider other arrangements.
The flat is also available for bookings of 3 to 5 days in low and mid-season, for groups up to two people: £35 per day and for groups up to four people: £40 per day.
In addition, there is a damage deposit for all stays of £100.00 which is fully refundable after your stay.
PAYMENT:
If booking more than two months ahead, we will require a deposit to confirm your
booking for stays of one week or more. For stays over one week, it
will be £150. For one week it will be 50% of the hire cost (for
example, £80 if renting in low season). The balance of payment (the
remainder of the hire plus the damage deposit) should be paid one month prior to
the start of your stay.
Where a booking is made less than two months before the start of your
stay and for bookings of less than one week, we require full
payment with the booking.
Payment should be by cheque which should be made out to: "P & J
North". (Payment in cash is acceptable if paid in person). A receipt
and invoice for the balance will be sent promptly.
CANCELLATION:
If you find you have to cancel your booking, please either write or send us an
e-mail (or confirm in writing if you have rung us).
If cancellation is 3 months or more before the start of your holiday, we
will send you a full refund of any monies paid.
For cancellations giving us between three and one months notice before
the start of your stay, we will refund 50% of any monies paid.
At less than one month's notice, we regret that we cannot make any refunds.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance so that you might be covered in
the event of circumstances that prevent you traveling as planned.
Please note that we have a non-smoking policy and we regret
that no pets are allowed.
