Overlooking farmers field on one side and with sea views on the other, to be enjoyed through the patio doors or from the balcony where you can sit to eat, enjoy the views and fresh air or just relax in a deckchair.



On the second floor with a full-security door with eyehole and half open door lock. Internal hallway, wooded floors throughout the flat except the kitchen and bathroom which are tiled. Windows and patio doors lock. Gas central heating with radiators in each room. Double glazing with integral roller shutters .



Large lounge facing the sea with balcony accessed by sliding patio doors. TV in the lounge and on the wall of the bedroom (Portuguese channels only but regularly featuring films and other programmes in English language).

 

Bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe with additional wardrobe in the hallway (with hangers). Single air bed available for third occupant if required (not suited for very young children as it is quite high). If you wish, a child could easily sleep on the sofa and an older child or an adult on the air bed.

 

Bathroom includes toilet, bidet, storage cupboard, towel rails, large mirror and hair drier. Shower fitting over the bath. Towels provided.



The large fully fitted kitchen features a kettle, microwave, oven, hob with grill plate, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. Also available is a clothes hanger, iron and ironing board. Ample cupboard storage and also a shoe locker next to the washing machine.
