Children
Pushchairs and wheelchairs
This equipment can be hired from "Strollers and
Wheelchairs Rental" at the gates of the Disneyland® Park, after
Main Street Station and near Studio Services in the Walt Disney Studios
Park (paying service, upon availabiity).
The Cast Members (Disney Employees) are not allowed to escort visitors
in wheelchairs.
Baby
Care Center, sponsored by Nestlé.
In the Disneyland Park, on Main Street U.S.A. near the Plaza Gardens
Restaurant and in the Walt Disney Studios Park, behind Studio Services.
These areas are for you to prepare bottles or meals and change nappies.
Nappies and babyfood are on sale here.
Lost
Children
This meeting point for lost children
is located between the Plaza Gardens Restaurant and the First Aid Post
in the Disneyland Park, and next to Studio Services at the entrance
of the Walt Disney Studios Park.
Baby
Switch
For parents who wish to ride attractions that
are inaccessible to their young children, this service makes it possible
to take turns without having to wait in line a second time.

clever! Shopping service
We advise you to do your shopping early in the day and make use of the
shopping service (free of charge) offered by the Disney Theme Parks
boutiques:
Purchases can be picked up from 6pm at Disney® Village as you leave
the Parks, or directly at the boutique in your Disney Hotel as from
8pm.
Express
photo developing
Kodak will develop your photo films in 2
hours.
In the Disneyland Park deposit them at: Town Square Photography (Main
Street, U.S.A.), Sir Mickey's (Fantasyland) or Constellations (Discoveryland).
Single pick-up point: Town Square Photography.
In the Walt Disney Studios Park deposit them at: Studio Photo (Front
Lot).
Renting
cameras and video recorders
Video and photographic equipment (APS) can
be hired at Town Square Photography, Main Street, U.S.A. in the Disneyland
Park.

Park, this is where you can get an answer to all kinds of practical
questions about Disneyland® Resort Paris.

Hall
Located on Town Square, at the entrance
to the Disneyland® Park, City Hall is the Park information point.
Here you are informed of times of shows and given guide maps. This is
a meeting place where you can arrange to join your family and friends
or leave them messages.
Studio
Services
Located just inside the Walt Disney
Studios Park provides guide maps, park information and entertainment
schedules. This is a meeting place where you can arrange to join your
family and friends or leave them messages.
Other Services
Animal
Care Center, (additional charge)
For health and safety reasons, animals are not allowed to enter the
Parks, with the exception of guide-dogs.
Cats and dogs will be welcome in the kennel near the Visitors Carpark.
Your animal must be tattooed and have an up-to-date rabies vaccination
certificate. We are not authorised to take your animal for walks. Food

Picnic
site
As food and drink are not allowed
inside the Parks, a picnic area has been made available, located between
the Visitors Carpark and the Parks entrance.
Letter
boxes
There are several letterboxes in the Parks.
Post is taken to the Post Office every day by the Cast Members (Disney
Employees). Stamps are on sale in the Disneyland® Resort Paris shops.

In the Disney Hotels & in the Disneyland®
Resort Paris Selected Hotels, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Disneyland®
Park: at the entrance and inside at City Hall; Walt Disney Studios®
Park: at Studio Services.

Luggage (additional charge)
Left Luggage offices are available in both Parks: outside the Disneyland®
Park, by the "Guest Relations Window" and next to Studio Services
at the entrance to the Walt Disney Studios Park.
We cannot be held responsible in the case of theft or loss.
The automatic left luggage lockers under Main Street Station are closed
temporarily.

and Found
Here you can find things you've lost and
hand in things you've found.
Located at City Hall in the Disneyland Park and at Studio Services in
the Walt Disney Studios Park.
First
Aid
The First Aid Post are:
in Main Street, U.S.A., near Central Plaza in the Disneyland Park and
behind Studio Services in the Walt Disney Studios Park.
In emergencies, please don't hesitate to contact any Cast Member (Disney
employee).
Telephones
There are many telephones taking coins and
cards inside the Parks. France Telecom cards are on sale in all the
Disneyland® Resort Paris shops.
Toilets
The locations of the toilets are shown on
the guide you will be given when you enter the Parks. They are all suitable
for visitors with reduced mobility, and most are equipped with baby
changing tables.
Guided
tour
(paying service) Learn all about the Disneyland®
Park and the Walt Disney Studios® Park, the history and the architecture
by taking a guided tour. Group tours (25 persons maximum) last approximately
two hours for the Disneyland® Park and 1 hour for the walt Disney
Studios® Park. Reservations can be made at City Hal in the Disneyland
Park and Studio Services in the Walt Disney Studios Park.
