This seven floor apparently timber built hunter's lodge towers above Lake Buena Vista (or Lake Disney) offering superb views from the upper floors. It also has six lodge buildings but you should try to avoid these from the bad weather aspect - routes between the lodges and the main building are not sheltered. Rooms are moderate sized and quite pleasant. Some of the rooms have little balconies and there are also some of these available to all on floors 3 - 5. These offer a great place to watch the summer fireworks from. The dining facilities are average and can't cope with the huge demand placed on them now that occupancy is running at 85% most of the time. Get down very early for breakfast and avoid their little bread rolls unless you like collecting materials for cannon fodder.
