Our rating: Exceptionally busy in the mornings...and evenings

The vast numbers staying at Sequoia Lodge have simply tended to overwhelm the restaurants to the extent where it's not unusual to see a tented extension on the front lawn. The food is average but adequate for breakfast. Other than that, the Newport Bay restaurants are far superior.
