This bakery is for sale and it is on the lovely island of Alderney
in the Channel Islands.

Here we have a maximum tax rate of only 20%

There are no purchase restrictions for British subjects
and members of the European Union

No inheritance tax

No VAT

We are only 40 minutes by Air from Southampton
and only 15 minutes from both Guernsey and Jersey

 

 

 
 		 This is one view of a great many lovely fine sandy beaches around the Island that are only a few minutes drive from the bakery.
 		 Here we see the Harbor and just to the left we can see part of Braye Beach.
 

 The top island is Alderney and you can see its position relative to the other Islands and France and England

 

 

My wife and myself run the bakery and we have 2 part time and 1 full time member of staff. We also take on some temporary staff during the holiday season.
