This is a model leaflet designed to show all the features that users told us they wanted on a patient information leaflet.
We anlaysed hundreds of interviews with medicines users. We found that there were four basic aspects of information that were needed by virtualy everyone.

Our model aims to square these user needs with European labelling law.
We have shown this to regulators in the UK and to the European medicines agency. It was also sent in evidence to a Commons select committee who looked at patient information.
