Well after many hours of building this updated Web site - I can confidently say that I'm still a beginner. However now that I'm using FrontPage 2000 the task of keeping track of links (or including fancy buttons) is greatly simplified.
Perhaps the best comment I can make here is that with time, patience and more practice I might just get the hang of designing descent Web Pages.
