Hello and welcome to my home page. I'm very glad that you made it this far . . . and I hope that will take a quick tour of my site.  There may be something of interest for you if you like natural therapies and complementary medicine and stuff like that.

Who am I?

I was born in Reading, United Kingdom way back in 1963.
I have two brothers and one sister who are all younger than me.
My mum and dad originally came from Liverpool but settled in Reading when they got married.
Although my mum passed away in 1996, my dad is still very active keeping their house and garden up to scratch.
Since Dad retired he has become the founder  and sole member of the SWALLOW club
(Sod Work at Last, Look out World!!!!!)

Regrettably my husband, Paul, passed away in October 2000 just after our 12th Wedding Anniversary.
Although I miss him, I am grateful for the time we shared together and I know that although I cannot
see him, he is around and still takes care of me.

I have two cats, Gizmo and Mariko
