I always have available cards of Kuwait for exchange. Sometimes I can exchange for other cards listed. But please do not send me common cards and ask for Norfolk Island in return, for example. Please E-Mail me first (or write or fax) with your proposal. I am only prepared to exchange other cards with those from countries I do not already have on my stock list. I am prepared to consider all proposals BUT DO NOT send cards without prior agreement as I will not return them unless the postage is paid. This does not apply to Kuwait cards which are always available.
If you wish to exchange for Kuwait I do so on a one for one basis - any amount up to a maximum of 1,000 cards at one time. Please note I do not want common definitive cards, cards that are damaged or cards that have been or are taped together - the glue is very difficult to remove and often damages the surface of the cards. Put a strip of paper around the cards and tape that!
Please do not send me cards from a variety of countries. If you live in Austria, for example, I would expect Austrian cards for exchange not a mixture of Italy, Germany and Japan!
Unlike many collectors I like Italian cards - but I DO NOT like to receive the very high tirage cards except by prior arrangement. I ONLY exchange for Italian cards from persons living in Italy and ONLY want cards with a tirage LESS than 1 million unless you first send a photocopy of the cards you have available. DO NOT send me other Italian cards unless I have agreed first.
