Nikki How
Psychologist & Hypnotherapist
BSc (Hons) Psych., MNRHP, DHP (NC), FHRS, MHA (reghyp), SHS (Acc), FCPS, UKCP.

Nikki How counsels clients in Bromley, Kent and also the London area,
with international clients travelling from as far afield as Norway and Ireland.

Nikki graduated from Brunel University with an Upper Second class degree in Psychology and her work experience was gained working on research projects at HMS Wormwood Scrubs.

Nikki has a certificate and diploma from the National Register of Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists and she is a Fellow of The Hypnotherapy Research Society (UK). She is an accredited supervisor for other therapists for the Hypnotherapy Society and the National Register, and is also a Fellow of the Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
She is also a member of the UK Counsel for Psychotherapy and a member of the National Smoking Cessation Institute.

Nikki worked for some years in the City of London becoming involved in the Quality Movement as a facilitator.
She is therefore acutely aware of stress in the workplace.

MISSION STATEMENT

Nikki's mission is to empower clients to take control of their lives, by managing stress,
eliminating bad habits and overcoming phobias, not by resorting to artificial medication,
but by using the unlimited power of their own subconscious minds.
