The Rhiw Cottage (sleeps up to 10)
The Rhiw is located 1 half miles from the Red Lion and is brand New on the holiday market this year and is in response to all those for whom The Red Lion Cottage was too small. It has been completely refurbished and offers luxurious accommodation in an old fashioned cottage set in nearly an acre of land.
Down stairs is an oak floored lounge with a log burning stove and a sofa bed. A bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet, and a wash hand basin. There is a large kitchen featuring a normal cooker and an oil fire Rayburn, which not only is it superb for cooking on but will also centrally heat the cottage and provide all the hot water needed..
Upstairs comprises of a sleeping loft on the second floor (where children can make their own den) Then on the first floor two large double bedrooms one of which has an en-suite , walk-in shower and a four poster bed (for those romantic...interludes), and a third room with a bunk bed.
The cottage is centrally heated throughout. ( so even in the winter it is a great place to stay)
The grounds to the cottage reach almost an acre and so provide a huge area for kids, or Adults to play!
With the Red Lion just up the road , if cooking gets too much of a chore, just pop up and enjoy superb food at Great Value. Or just pop up for a drink at The Powys Pub Of The Year. What is even better, we'll even take you home again after for FREE . It's all part of the service and our aim to provide you with the best possible break..
