2012 Tariffs

Tariffs are quoted per unit and vary according to property and season. Two options are offered - a weekly rate (7 nights) and short breaks. Weekend short breaks provide accommodation for 3 nights; midweek breaks offer 4 nights for the same price.

For weekly bookings, a 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Balance due one month before arrival. Short breaks can be booked anytime before Easter or after 30th September, apart from Bank Holidays or half-term breaks. Between Easter and 30th September, please book less than 14 days in advance. Tariffs include:

• fully equipped kitchens
• bed linen, towels (please bring your own beach towels)
• heating, electricity, etc
• folding bed can be hired for £25/week (not Granary Cottage)
• cots & high chair available free, w'out linen (not Granary Cottage)

To enable us to change linen and prepare for new guests, please time your arrival after 4pm and departure before 10am. Personal cheques should be made payable to AS & JM Leng.
