Christmas and New Year period by arrangement - £470 per week
Cot and high chair are available free of charge on request. (Cot linen not supplied)
Weekend short breaks (three nights) and midweek breaks (four nights) can be booked not more than 14 days in advance between Easter and 30 September but not including half term and bank holiday weeks.
Prices include bed linen, towels, heating and electricity. (Please bring your own beach towels)
. If you wish to make a booking, please telephone to ensure your holiday period is free. We then require a 25% deposit to confirm the booking with the balance payable one month in advance. Cheques payable to A.S. & J.M. Leng please.
In order to allow us to change bed linen and make ready for he new guests, we would ask you to time your arrival no earlier than 4pm and depart no later than 10 am.
We would ask you please to report any breakages and leave the cottage clean and tidy as you found it.
